Legacy on Lanier Ultimate Golf Partner Sweepstakes Official Rules
1. SPONSOR: This Contest is sponsored by Legacy on Lanier Golf Club whose address is 7000 Holiday Road, Buford, GA, 30518.
2. ENTRY. A purchase is not required to enter for the chance to win. The Contest begins Sunday, August 1, 2010 at 12:00 AM and ends Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at 11:59 PM. Specifically, visit lakelanierislandsgolf.com and fill out the online form to join our eClub which registers you the chance to win one (1) Ultimate Golf Partner package which includes complimentary golf for one individual for the year of 2011 at Legacy on Lanier Golf Club or (1) brand new set of Mizuno MX-300 Irons or (1) pair of Adidas Powerband Golf Shoes. Only one entry per person, per valid email address. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible online entries including the existing valid eClub member database. Winner to be drawn on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 and notified by email within two weeks.
3. ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open anyone who is 21 years of age or older with a valid email address. Employees of Lake Lanier Islands Resort and employees’ immediate family members are not eligible to enter or to win.
4. PRIZES. Legacy on Lanier Golf Club guarantee that one (1) Ultimate Golf Partnership which includes complimentary golf for one individual for the year of 2011 – potential value of $8,400 (1) brand new set of Mizuno MX-300 irons – valued at $899 and (1) pair of Adidas Powerband Golf shoes – valued at $159, will be awarded to three separate individual winners. There will be 3 total Prize winners selected at random from all online registrations as well as existing valid eClub members. Odds of winning will be determined by total number of Contest entries and valid database members. If a winner fails to claim their Prize within three (30) business days, it will result in the forfeiture of the Prize and a new drawing will be held from the remaining eligible entries. All winners must possess a valid picture ID to claim their Prize.
5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. The Prizes are non-transferable. Additionally, only one (1) Prize will be issued per household. There will be no substitutes or cash redemptions awarded to any of the winners. All Prizes must be picked up during normal business hours at the Legacy on Lanier Pro Shop located at Lake Lanier Islands Resort, 7000 Holiday Road, Buford, GA, 30518 within 30 days of being notified by email. By entering, all winners shall consent to the use of their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes related to the Contest, without additional consideration.
6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. All winners are responsible for income and other taxes on their Prize. All winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Letter of Indemnification upon notification of being a winner. Failure to comply with the rules and conditions of the Contest may result in a forfeiture of Prize.
7. MISCELLANEOUS. The decisions made by Legacy on Lanier Golf Club concerning any and all matters with respect to this promotion shall be final. In the event of a computer or telephone failure, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Legacy on Lanier Golf Club where it becomes impracticable for Legacy on Lanier Golf Club to award one or more Prizes, Legacy on Lanier Golf Club may, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine not to award any such Prize or Prizes. This Contest is void where prohibited, penalized or otherwise restricted by law.
